With various classroom and on-the-job training, cross-functional projects and visibility to top management, the program is designed to set up our Management Trainees for a successful career in our organization.

• International Exposure: Rotations to sales, merchandising, material sourcing, operations as well as other corporate functions. 2-month overseas training to gain global operation exposure.

• Learn from Leaders: Experience hands-on mentorship from senior management and direct access to industry experts, guiding your growth every step of the way. Co-development with a vibrant MT community.

• Final-year undergraduates / postgraduates of all disciplines or graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.

• Excellent command of English; Chinese is not mandatory.
