TAL’s two-year MT Program has been a transformative experience. Through cross-functional exposure, factory visits, and collaboration with colleagues across Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam, I gained valuable insights into the garment manufacturing industry.
The challenges I encountered along the way strengthened my resilience and accelerated my personal and professional growth. I am grateful for all the opportunities, connections, and experiences that continue to shape my career today.
